Can beginners attend?

Yes, the seminar is beginner friendly.

Do I need to bring my training gear?

At the very least ideally bring your mouthguard in case you will want to spar other participants. Having your MMA gloves or boxing gloves is preferable, but you can also attend the seminar without them. Shin guards are optional.

How is the seminar structured?

Each instructor will teach a 45 minute session with a 15 minute break. We will also have a 1 hour lunch break. At the very end we will finish up with a 45 minute long Q&A with the USDC participants and a chance to take pictures with your favorite contender.

How does the early bird price work?

Accepted Answer

The early bird price (or regular price after the early bird date) counts only once you have transferred the money. Registering only does not count as a full registration.
